2025 BTCC Donington Park Guide: Tickets, Schedule, and Viewing Options

The 2025 BTCC Season Schedule

The 2025 British Touring Car Championship kicks off at Donington Park with a triple-header on the National circuit, as the East Midlands venue opens the season for the fourth year in a row.

Reigning champion Jake Hill will look to defend his title against a strong grid of contenders, including Aiden Moffat, Ash Sutton, Tom Ingram, Josh Cook, and more, as drivers go head-to-head in top-tier machinery from Ford, BMW, Hyundai, Toyota, and Honda.

The full BTCC weekend programme includes Free Practice and Qualifying on Saturday, followed by three headline races on Sunday, alongside a packed support schedule throughout the event.

When and where is the BTCC at Donington Park in 2025?

There are two BTCC events at Donington in 2025:

  • Round 1: April 26–27 on the National Circuit – This marks the season opener, so expect plenty of drama as teams and drivers kick off their title campaigns.
  • Round 8: August 30–31 on the Grand Prix Circuit – A return later in the summer using the longer, more technical layout. By then, championship battles will be in full swing.

Each layout offers its own challenges. The National Circuit is fast and flowing, while the Grand Prix Circuit introduces added complexity and elevation changes.
